We are seeking a Facilities Business Partner to oversee a hub of school and college siteswithin OHC&AT.
Reporting to the Head of Facilities, you will build strongrelationships with leadership teams, ensure sites operate efficiently andcompliantly, and support Trust-wide contracts using agreed KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee facilities operations across a hub ofschool and college sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant environmentsthat support teaching and learning.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and Trust requirements, including health & safety, fire, asbestos, and CDMregulations, through audits, inspections, and contractor oversight.
- Manage Trust-wide facilities contracts anddeliver planned maintenance and small-to-medium estates projects, ensuringvalue for money and adherence to procurement processes.
- Lead, support, and develop facilities staff, working collaboratively with academy leadership teams and central services todrive high standards and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to budget planning, procurement, and asset management while building effective relationships with stakeholdersto ensure high-quality service delivery across the Trust.
Key Requirements
- Recognised training/qualifications associated withfacilities management
- Driving licence (all new appointments will be requiredto have a clean, valid drivinglicence).
- Valid MIDAS trainingto coaching level (training available)
- To hold or be willing to worktowards the Institute of Work Place Management qualification in facilitiesmanagement
- To hold or be willing to work towards NEBOSH or IOSHqualification.
