We’re looking for a dedicated Practice Nurse to help deliver high‑quality patient care at our well‑run and efficient GP practice, serving a population of approximately 4,300 patients.
Hours: 16–20 hours per week
Preferred days: Monday, Tuesday & Friday (days negotiable)
Benefits: NHS pension, sick pay

About the Role
- Patient assessments and accurate record‑keeping
- Administering vaccinations and medications
- Supporting chronic disease management & health education
- Routine procedures (wound care, cervical smears, BP checks, sample collection)
- Maintaining patient records (EMIS experience a bonus)
- Working collaboratively with GPs and the wider team
- Promoting health and wellbeing in the community
- Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming practice
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
- At least 3 years’ nursing experience
- Practice nursing experience desirable (but not essential)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently
