This is a full-time hybrid role based in Rochester, with the flexibility of remote work one day per week. The HR and ER Advisor will lead and assist on matters related to Human Resources and Employee Relations, ensuring clients receive timely and expert advice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting HR policies
- Advising clients on labor and employment law compliance
- Managing employee relations issues

Requirements:
- Solid foundation in Human Resources, HR Management, and HR Policies

- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing HR documents and policies
- Relevant experience or certifications in HR or Employment Law are advantageous
