What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
  • Supporting people to participate in appropriate leisure activities and activities of daily living, normalising life as much as possible with joy and happiness
  • Providing personal care with empathy and sensitivity
  • Receiving tailored dementia training to enhance your skills and the lives of those you will support
  • Collaborating with a passionate, multidisciplinary team

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care: ÂŁ13.65 per hour
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care: ÂŁ14.64 per hour
  • Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a Dementia care setting
