Clinical Deputy Manager
Green Park is a large, bright and spacious home designed to support 99 residents, located in Great Sankey, Warrington. We are part of Orchard Care Homes, a network of 23 homes that has been providing care for older people for over 15 years. We have a warm, welcoming environment and a passionate team delivering exceptional care each day.
About the Role
- Assist in day‑to‑day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Lead, supervise, and support the care team to deliver outstanding care.
- Participate in assessments and care reviews, acting as a key contact for residents, families, and staff.
- Foster strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
- Promote a positive, resident‑focused culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified nurse with an active NMC PIN.
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role within a care setting.
- Ideally holds or is working towards a Level 5 Leadership and Management for Adult Care qualification.
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Natural ability to put others at ease and foster a supportive team culture.
