Role Overview
As a Trainee Senior Care Assistant, you will receive comprehensive training and support from our experienced team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing your skills and progressing to a senior role
- Assisting with daily activities of living and personal care
- Creating a warm, supportive environment for residents
- Assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating personalized care plans
- Administering medication in line with prescribed requirements
- Leading, supervising, supporting, and developing the care team
- Communicating effectively with external professionals, residents, and relatives
- Implementing personalized care plans tailored to each resident\’s needs and providing specialized dementia care

Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in social care
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (mandatory)
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient
- Willingness to learn and progress within the role, including undertaking a Level 3 qualification
