As a Senior Care Assistant, youll play a key leadership role within our care team. Youll be responsible for assessing individual needs, developing person-centred care plans, and ensuring that medical, physical, and emotional support is delivered to the highest standard. Youll also supervise and mentor care staff, helping them grow and maintain best practices.
What You\'ll Be Doing
Leading and supporting the care team to deliver high-quality care
Administering medication safely and accurately

Supporting residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities

Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
Experienced in elderly care or dementia support
