What is Reconnect? Reconnect is Orchard Care Homes’ award‑winning model of dementia care, designed to help people living with dementia reconnect with the life they love. These specialist communities are built around the principles of independence, engagement, and meaningful living. Reconnect communities feature:

About the Role
As the Registered Home Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care and support.
- Drive the continued commissioning and implementation of our Reconnect service at Middleton Park Lodge.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and Orchard’s high standards of care.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider community.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and development.

- A proven track record as a Registered Manager in a care home setting.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience in commissioning or service development is highly desirable.
