What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting the care team to deliver high-quality care
- Administering medication safely and accurately
- Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and updating care records
- Liaising with healthcare professionals and families
- Supporting residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities
- Ensuring the home remains clean, safe, and welcoming
- Promoting dignity, independence, and choice for every resident
- Participating in audits, inspections, and team meetings
We’re Seeking Someone Who Is
- Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
- Experienced in elderly care or dementia support
- A confident leader with strong supervisory skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- A great communicator and team player
- Willing to continue learning and developing professionally
