At Orchard Care Homes, weâre looking for an experienced and forwardâthinking Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support our CEO and Senior Leadership Team, while also ensuring the smooth dayâtoâday running of our Support Centre.

Youâll bring a proactive, solutionsâfocused mindset, anticipating needs and continuously improving how we operate.
Youâll balance highâlevel executive support with office and peopleâfocused responsibilities, acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders and a welcoming, reliable point of contact across the organisation.
This is a fullâtime role, Monday- Friday with 4 days office based and 1 day working from home.
Key responsibilities
Executive Support
- Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team
- Prepare, coordinate and circulate monthly Board packs and attend Board meetings
- Prepare presentations, reports, agendas and meeting materials
- Take minutes, track actions and follow up with stakeholders
- Proactively manage complex diaries and schedules
- Coordinate meetings, travel, accommodation and itineraries for senior leaders
- Support SLT projects, tracking progress and deadlines
- Maintain the annual leave tracker for the Group Executive team
- Support complaints management, including logging, followâup and reporting
Office & Facilities Management
- Ensure the office is welcoming, safe, wellâorganised and running smoothly
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and officeârelated queries
- Manage relationships with suppliers, cleaners and contractors
- Maintain office supplies, equipment and meeting room bookingsCoordinate office moves, desk allocations and workspace improvements
People & Culture Support
- Support engagement and culture initiatives, including social events
- Organise companyâwide events such as conferences, leadership meetings and the annual staff party
- Provide recruitment administration support, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Support internal communication relating to the office and leadership team
- Proven experience in an EA, Office Manager or similar support role within a fastâpaced environment
- Exceptional organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive, solutionsâfocused mindset and a genuine âcanâdoâ attitude
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills at all levels
- Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
- Selfâmotivated and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy.
