What You\'ll Be Doing

  • Lead quality clinical practice and ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards.
  • Conduct regular clinical audits, risk assessments, and reflective practice sessions.
  • Provide supervision, mentorship, and training to nursing and care staff.
  • Collaborate with external professionals and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Support strategic decision-making with the home and deputy manager.
  • Lead our support and inclusion groups within the homes community.

What Were Looking For

  • Registered Nurse(Mental Health preferred) with valid NMC registration.
  • Minimum6 months leadership experiencein a clinical setting
  • Significant experience in mental health, ideally in acute or rehabilitation inpatient settings.
  • Strong knowledge of theMental Health Act, MCA, DoLS, and safeguarding legislation
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Experience in care home settings
  • Training in PBS, trauma-informed care, or similar frameworks.
  • Postgraduate qualification in mental health or leadership preferred.
