Registered Nurse Location: Riverdale Care Home – Sheffield Road, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S41 7LL
Hours: 33 hrs available per week

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join Riverdale Care Home. This role focuses on delivering person‑centred care, assessing and planning nursing care, and supervising staff to build a strong, compassionate team culture.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating and maintaining person‑centred care plans
- Administering medication safely and accurately
- Supporting residents with personal care and daily routines
- Liaising with external professionals, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Leading and mentoring care staff to uphold best practices
- Ensuring compliance with clinical governance and regulatory standards
- Participating in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
We’re Seeking Someone Who Is
- Experienced in elderly care or nursing‑home settings
- Hold a current NMC registration (essential)
- Has strong clinical knowledge and understanding of care planning
