Purpose of the role: Are you friendly, approachable and passionate about providing a fantastic service? We are looking for a receptionist to join our dedicated team within Penwortham Grange and Lodge. As the first face that visitors will see and the first voice they will hear, you’ll play a vital role in making them feel welcome, valued and supported.
About the role: You will be responsible for welcoming visitors into the care home and handling telephone calls in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. You’ll direct visitors and calls to the right people and assist the administrator and the Home Manager with general duties as and when required.
