What You’ll Be Doing
As a Care Assistant at Ashlea Mews, you’ll be a vital part of our dedicated care team. You’ll support residents with their daily needs, always treating them with dignity, respect, and kindness. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
- Supporting residents in meaningful activities, leisure outings, and appointments
- Serving meals and refreshments with warmth and courtesy
- Maintaining a clean, pleasant, and welcoming environment
- Observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical or emotional wellbeing
- Acting as a key worker for a group of residents, ensuring care is tailored to their individual preferences
- Supporting new team members and contributing to a positive team culture
