Salary: up to £75k - depending on experience.

About the Role: As the Registered Home Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care and support.
- Drive the continued commissioning and implementation of our Reconnect service at Middleton Park Lodge.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and Orchard's high standards of care.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider community.

- A proven track record as a Registered Manager in a care home setting.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience in commissioning or service development is highly desirable.
