Role Overview
As a BDR, you will engage IT decision‑makers across our target markets, primarily Belgium & Luxembourg. You’ll learn to articulate our value proposition, qualify client challenges, and secure high‑quality meetings. Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Identify and target high‑value prospects across Belgium & Luxembourg.
- Speak daily with C‑Suite executives.
- Run structured outbound campaigns via calls (100+ per day), email, and LinkedIn.
- Secure meetings with IT and business leaders.
- Demonstrate understanding of challenges in our core industries.
- Sales & Client Engagement
- (For candidates progressing beyond BDR) Lead discovery and needs‑assessment conversations.
- Translate requirements into solutions across our five pillars.
- Coordinate with delivery leads to scope and define solutions.

- Pipeline & Revenue Growth
- Maintain a strong pipeline of meetings, opportunities, and active deals.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- 10 GCSEs (6–9), including at least a 6 in Maths and English
- 3 A‑Levels (A*–B)
- BA/BSc (Hons) degree (2:1 preferred; 2:2 considered)
- Prior BDR/SDR internships, placements, or experience presenting, selling, or engaging stakeholders (e.g., tech societies, AWS/AI events)
Preferable
- French or Dutch proficiency
- For advanced roles: experience in client meetings, needs assessment, solution scoping, and deal management
Initial working model: Office‑based, 5 days per week, with the option to move to hybrid later.
