Who Cares? Scotland is seeking an Advocacy and Participation Worker in Orkney Islands. This permanent, full-time post offers 35 hours per week with potential for some evening and weekend work.

The role focuses on providing independent advocacy for Care Experienced children and young people across Orkney while coordinating participatory opportunities and ensuring their voices are heard by Corporate Parents. The worker will support vulnerable children, including those in complex decision-making
