About the role
We are looking for an apprentice to join our software support team: someone who knows their way around a computer and is not afraid to work hard to learn quickly on the job.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for IT support activities (categorising, prioritising, and solving tickets)
- Support senior and junior developers on ground‑breaking projects and cutting‑edge development activities
- Work closely with customers to scope incoming project requests
- Understand OST’s organisational systems to develop and support customers
- Responsible for customer contact and project ownership around your development works
Qualifications and skills
- Have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office
- Have a basic understanding and passion for IT
- Ability to learn quickly on the job
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Preferred: IT hardware skills
- Preferred: Prior education and/or working experience in IT
- Preferred: Good communication skills through a variety of methods
