Due to expansion and growth our client is looking for a Domiciliary Carer to join their team. We have 3 positions to start as soon as possible. We are looking for kind, reliable, and dedicated Domiciliary Carers, delivering high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes. You will help individuals maintain their independence and dignity while supporting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
Responsibilities for the Domiciliary Carer role include:
- Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and continence care.
- Assist with mobility, including safe use of equipment such as hoists or walking aids.
- Support with medication in accordance with care plans and training.
- Prepare meals and support with eating and drinking as needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Carry out light domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
- Monitor and record the client\'s condition and well-being.
- Report any concerns or changes in health to the office or senior staff.
- Follow all care plans and company policies, maintaining dignity, respect, and confidentiality at all times.
