Job Title: Client Service Coordinator (Hybrid working) Location: Colchester Salary: £25K – £35K Our client is in the Financial Services industry and are looking for a Client Service Coordinator to join their expanding team Responsibilities for the Client Service Coordinator role include: * To ensure all client requests and related tasks are dealt with professionally and effectively delivering a positive experience for clients * Arrange client meetings on behalf of the Advisors * Collate and manage information and facts, preparing documentation for client meetings * Maintain client contact, keeping them updated on the current position with regards to any ongoing matters on behalf of the Advisors * Ensure the post meeting processing is completed within deadlines * Ensure back-office system is maintained detailing all ongoing actions and workflow * Produce suitability letters for simple transactions for example, post meeting reports, bed and ISA and fund switch letters For the Client Service Coordinator role, you will need: * Min of 3 years’ experience in an administration role within the financial services sector * A good understanding of the advice process * Exceptional organisational skills, able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and build strong relationships * A strong work ethic, and a flexible attitude * Excellent customer service skills * Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook * Knowledge of industry specific software systems Benefits for the Client Service Coordinator role include: * Pension – Employer contribution 3% with salary sacrifice for employee contributions raising to 5% after 2 years’ service * 25 Days annual leave plus bank holidays * Holiday trading scheme to buy a further 5 days annual leave * Life cover: x4 basic salary * Healthcare cash plan * Free mortgage advice * 1 Day community involvement leave per annum * Employee assistance programme * Shopping discount platform * Free parking * Opportunity to work from home 2 days a week on successful completion of probation period
