Our client is expanding, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to join their Property Program to support their growing property sourcing operation.
Responsibilities for the Property Consultant role include:
- Source residential, commercial and investment opportunities
- Actively drive sales by generating and bringing new opportunities into the business
- Introduce potential buyers, vendors, and estate agents
- Build and maintain relationships
- Carry out basic property research and due diligence (training provided)
Candidates applying for the Property Consultant role will need:
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage your own time
- Genuine interest in property and business
