Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)

Start Date: 30 April 2026

Work Schedule: 24/7 operation, Monday to Sunday (rotative shifts)

Rotational Shifts: 07:00 – 16:00, 14:00 – 23:00, 22:30 – 07:30

Days Off: 2 rotational days per week

Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and local market standards.
  • Apply rational decision-making and strong communication skills to handle sensitive content.
  • Provide empathetic and professional responses to customer inquiries.
  • Manage high-volume queues, especially during promotional seasons.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and elevate complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold platform integrity.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (verbal and written).
  • Strong moderation skills with local market expertise.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to cope with workload peaks and rotational shifts.
  • Understanding of e-commerce and online platforms.
  • Empathy, reliability, and rational decision-making skills.

  • Salary + Monthly Bonuses
  • Relocation Support: From outside Portugal: shared accommodation (up to 12 months, details discussed during interview). Inside Portugal: relocation support available for Tier 1 languages (German, Nordics, Dutch). Flight ticket not included.
