We’re on a mission to make real estate transactions smarter, faster, and friction-free. Real estate is the world’s largest asset class, yet the legal processes and tools behind it remain slow, manual, and underinvested. Lawyers must review dense documents line by line and piece together information across silos, all while clients demand faster, more transparent due diligence. That’s where we come in. Orbital Copilot is the AI assistant built exclusively for commercial real estate law. Developed with former practicing real estate lawyers, it accelerates complex due diligence by up to 70% while delivering legal-grade precision. We’ve just raised a $60m Series B to accelerate our UK/US expansion. We’re trusted by leading firms like Goodwin and BCLP to remove the busywork so legal teams can focus on what they do best: applying sharp legal judgment, delivering standout client service, and getting deals over the line faster.

Working at Orbital means joining a team that’s reimagining how real estate transactions get done - moving fast, working collaboratively, and giving people the ownership to make a real impact from day one.

The job, in a nutshell:

We’re hiring a Workplace Experience Manager to own and elevate the full experience of working from Orbital’s London office. At Orbital, in-person time is intentional. It should drive collaboration, energy, onboarding quality, and alignment with our strategy. This role exists to make that real. This is a mid-level, individual contributor role. You will report into our People Director and be based in our London office 5 days per week. You will combine operational excellence with taste, judgement, and proactive ownership. You will be the person who notices what others don’t, raises the bar without being asked, and ensures our workplace and events reflect the calibre of our team.

What you’ll do:

  • Elevate The Workplace Experience
    • Own how the office feels and functions day to day.
    • Assess what’s working and what isn’t, and proactively improve it.
    • Refine layout, flow, rituals, and small details that shift perception.
    • Raise standards without being asked.
  • Deliver events and rituals that matter
    • Design and execute team events, socials, and in-person moments that people genuinely look forward to and that strengthen collaboration.
    • Develop clear concepts and briefs.
    • Manage budgets confidently.
    • Create simple communication plans to drive attendance and engagement.
    • Design lightweight feedback loops, analyse results, and continuously improve.
  • Run a flawless operation
    • Own the overall standards and day-to-day functioning of the office environment.
    • Manage vendor relationships, facilities coordination, and office supplies.
    • Organise weekly lunches and keep snacks stocked.
    • Oversee AV and meeting room setup (calls work, screens connect, rooms are ready).
    • Manage desk booking software and ensure it reflects real attendance patterns.
    • Prevent friction and resolve booking issues for meeting room scheduling and utilisation.
  • Own the first impression
    • Be the welcoming face of Orbital for visitors, candidates, and new joiners.
    • Ensure interview days run smoothly, including preparing rooms and coordinating logs.
    • Coordinate in-office onboarding touchpoints and welcome moments.
    • Reinforce and strengthen our employer brand through every in-person interaction with candidates and new joiners.
  • Communicate clearly and intentionally
    • Draft clear, warm internal communications for office initiatives, events, and changes.
    • Consider timing, audience, and follow-up to drive engagement and attendance.
    • Close feedback loops so people see outcomes, not just announcements.

You understand that strong communication drives results.
