Orbital is on an exciting mission to revolutionise global cross‑border payments by innovatively combining traditional fiat banking rails with stablecoins over blockchain rails for a variety of use cases. Our class‑leading B2B payments platform offers multi‑currency e‑money accounts (corporate IBANs) combined with a suite of digital assets services. Our company sits at the frontier of payments & fintech, intersecting blockchain and traditional (fiat) financial services, and is leading the way to bridging those two worlds for corporate enterprises globally.

Working within a fast‑growing business, you should be able to confidently take over the implementation and “after‑sales” process for Orbital branded products, ratifying the agreed deal made by sales, guiding the client (and our own internal organization) through the implementation process, and hand‑off to the service team post “go‑live”. Keeping track and making progress on the implementation pipeline, and keeping Executive Management up to date on progress with regularity.

Key responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining client relationships to secure onboarding documentation professionally and efficiently.
  • Own the end‑to‑end application process.
  • Collecting documents and conducting a thorough analysis to ensure high‑quality handover of new applications to the compliance team.
  • Maximise adoption of onboarding best‑practices through constant client interaction and feedback to decision‑makers.
  • Leveraging client relationships to manage periodic reviews proficiently.
  • Coordinate with sales, integrations, success, and operations to ensure a smooth transition between onboarding and go‑live.
  • Continually look for process improvements.
  • Perform other tasks and duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Essential skills, qualifications and experience required:
  • Previous experience in client onboarding, KYC/AML new account onboarding, KYC advisory, or any related field.
  • Proven experience with leading small‑medium teams to high levels of performance, building a culture of empowerment, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Flawless English language ability with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
  • Positive and flexible attitude to work, particularly with new initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, highly organised.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Desirable skills, qualifications and experience:
  • Clear communication ability across diverse audiences.
  • Exposure to working with various platforms and screening tools simultaneously to deliver excellently compiled application packs.
  • Strong fact‑finding skills when analysing documents and curious when reviewing applications.
  • Experience in analysing complex company legal structures.
  • Understanding of risk assessment matrix.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, both external and internal.
