Orbital Trampoline Park is Luton\’s premier family leisure facility, providing incredible experiences to over 100,000 guests a year. Our on-site café, a proud Costa partner with an in-house kitchen, is at the heart of our operation. We\’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to elevate our culinary offerings and drive the future of our café. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a key area of our business and have a direct impact on the customer experience.

The Opportunity

As our new Food & Beverage Manager, you\’ll be the driving force behind our café\’s success. This is a hands-on leadership role where you\’ll have the creative freedom to transform our menu, streamline our operations, and boost profitability. You’ll be responsible for:

• Strategic Menu Development: Create and implement a new menu that perfectly balances delicious, crowd-pleasing options with quick, high-volume \”grab-and-go\” items to meet the needs of a fast-paced family attraction.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day management of the café, including inventory, ordering, and staff supervision. Ensure our operations are efficient and that every guest receives a high-quality experience.
• Maximising Profitability: Take ownership of the budget. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and control costs, turning our café into a key revenue driver for the park.
• Full Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our operations are always in line with current legislation.
• Catering & Events: Design and deliver appealing food and drink packages for our popular children\’s parties, events, and group celebrations, ensuring a seamless experience from planning to execution.

What We\’re Looking For

You\’re a passionate, creative, and results-driven professional with a proven track record in food and beverage management. You have:

• At least two years of experience in a similar F&B or hospitality leadership role.
• A strong understanding of food safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment.
• A head for numbers and experience with financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
• The ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team in a busy, high-energy environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The Details

• Location: Chaul End Lane, Luton. Free parking is available, and we\’re right next to the Luton-Dunstable Busway.
• Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per year, depending on experience.
• Hours: This is a full-time role. You must be available most weekends, but you\’ll have two consecutive days off during the week. This role also offers earlier finishes compared to many traditional restaurant or bar jobs.
