Orbital South Colleges is seeking an Engagement Coach to support learners who face barriers to attendance and participation. You will build trusted relationships, coach reluctant or vulnerable learners, and help with reintegration into face-to-face education as appropriate.
This term-time only role involves maintaining regular contact, coordinating with curriculum teams, safeguarding staff, and external agencies to promote attendance, welfare and engagement across the college.
