Key Responsibilities
- Operational Coordination: Ensure the smooth coordination and execution of operational processes across the College, assisting with the introduction of new systems and processes.
- Data Management & Reporting: Collect, input, and analyse data to prepare reports, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Support the College’s compliance efforts, working with key stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks including Health & Safety and Data Protection.
- Project Support: Help coordinate and track internal projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
Candidate Requirements
- Maths & English GCSE / Level 2 equivalent
- Experience of working in a compliance‑led environment or field
- A compliance‑relevant qualification in Health & Safety, Audit, Data Protection or similar would be desirable
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (in particular Excel, Word & Powerpoint, Teams)
- A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience is desirable
