9:00 to 17:00 (Monday and Friday) and 17:00 to 21:00 (Tuesday and Thursday evenings)

We are looking for an AAT Lecturer to join our team at East Surrey College. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality learning, guide students through their educational journey, and contribute to the continued development of our programmes

As an AAT Lecturer, you will plan and deliver engaging learning programmes, support students to achieve their goals, and provide an outstanding learning experience through effective teaching, assessment and the use of innovative learning technologies.

What we're looking for

  • A relevant degree or equivalent industrial or professional qualification.
  • Experience of teaching in Further Education and delivering BTEC programmes.
  • Knowledge of current developments in the FE/Adult curriculum.
  • A strong understanding of teaching, learning and assessment within FE.
  • A track record of success in teaching and experience of relevant curriculum delivery.
  • A commitment to Equality & Diversity, Safeguarding and continuous professional development.
