Our Client is the largest supplier and manufacturer in their field in the UK with decades of experience in their industry. An exciting opportunity has organically arisen to join their team in a hands-on supervisory capacity. Reporting to, and working closely with Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for supervising day to day manufacturing and production activities.
This Role Involves:
- Ensuring Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to
- Daily, weekly, monthly planning of jobs using their in house systems and excel spreadsheets
- Setting and working to job timelines
- Communicating work load and schedules to Workshop Metal Trades
- Monitoring and reporting Workshop Trades performance
- Monitoring and reporting Workshop Trades T&A management
- Working alongside Workshop Metal Trades to set up work schedules
This role will suit candidates with:
- A mechanical apprenticeship or equivalent with a strong understanding of health and safety
- Min 3 years supervisory experience in a similar capacity
- Current UK drivers licence
Salary and Benefits: Β£38k - Β£40K. Paid overtime available. Company contributory pension scheme. Hours: 40pw dayshift.
