The predicted salary is between 28800 - 33200 £ per year.
Orbital Recruitment are currently looking for multiple Welders / Painters for our client based in Ilkeston. IMMEDIATE INTERVIEW AND STARTS
Duties:
- Welding flanges on large utility pipes for the Water and Waste sectors predominately.
- You will be using automatic welding machines to weld the flanges on the pipes and manual welding any defects.
- Spray painting coats on utility pipes.
- Will be trained on manual lathes and other stages.
Experience Needed/ About You:
- Basic experience of MIG Welding OR machine work.
- Ability to learn new skills as requested.
- Previous paint experience advantageous.
- FLT Counterbalance license (desirable).
Pay/ Salary:
- £13.88 p/h Days.
- £15.87 p/h Afternoons.
- Overtime x1.5 weekdays and Saturday and x2 Sunday.
- Once permanent quarterly bonuses kick in.
Hours:
- 3.30pm Days.
- 3pm - 10.30pm Afters (early finish Friday).
Permanent contract after 12 weeks.
