We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join a busy manufacturing environment specialising in fabric swatches and sample production. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with the Production Manager to oversee day-to-day factory operations, ensuring production targets are met and customer orders are delivered on time. The successful candidate will be a strong leader with previous production supervisory experience and a good understanding of fabric swatches, textile samples, or a similar manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of the production department.
- Supervise and motivate production staff to achieve quality and productivity targets.
- Plan and organise production schedules to meet customer deadlines.
- Monitor production output and ensure efficiency targets are achieved.
- Assist with production work when required.
- Ensure all orders are completed accurately and dispatched on time.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Monitor staff performance and productivity levels.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management.

About You
- Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar manufacturing supervisory role.
