We're recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Laser Operator to join a busy manufacturing facility based in the Mansfield area.

The Role
As a Laser Operator, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality components while ensuring production runs efficiently and safely.
You'll play an important part in meeting customer requirements by maintaining high standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Your Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC laser cutting equipment.
- Read and work from engineering drawings and job specifications.
- Load raw materials and remove finished components from the machine.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Monitor machine performance and report any faults or maintenance requirements.
- Work to production schedules and meet daily output targets.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and keep your work area clean and organised.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience operating laser cutting machinery is essential.
- Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
