We are currently recruiting for 1 x Restaurant Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at a busy restaurant site in Newcastle (NE7)
This is a temp to perm opportunity, with a permanent position offered after 12 weeks.
Pay & Hours:
- £13.80 per hour
- 12 hours per week
- Weekday hours: 06:30am - 09:30am
- Weekend hours: 06:00am - 09:00am
- Must be able to work 3 days during the week and 1 day at the weekend
Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting the cleaning team on site
- Ensuring all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard
- Allocating daily tasks and maintaining performance levels
- Acting as the main point of contact on shift
- Supporting hands‑on cleaning where required
- Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years cleaning experience
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience
- Confident managing and supporting a team
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Due to early start times, own transport or reliable commute is essential
