Orbital Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for General Operatives to join their busy manufacturing operation in Somercotes.
Hours:
- Monday: 06:00 – 16:30
- Tuesday: 06:00 – 16:30
- Wednesday: 06:00 – 16:00
- Thursday: 06:00 – 16:00
- Friday: 06:00 – 15:30
The Role:
- General production and manufacturing duties
- Working within a busy industrial environment
- Using hand and power tools
- Reading measurements and following work instructions
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
- Supporting the wider production team as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience within precast concrete, construction, manufacturing, engineering or similar industrial environments
- Confident using hand and power tools
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
