We are currently looking for a confident and customer-focused individual to become the face of our clients store. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing great service, and being part of a busy retail environment.
The Role:
As our client Shop Front Sales & Customer Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers visiting the store. You’ll help customers find the right products, provide advice, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
In addition to in-store responsibilities, you will also:
- Handle incoming sales and customer service calls
- Respond to customer enquiries across various sales platforms
- Support general day-to-day store operations
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, approachable, and professional manner
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
- Ideally, some experience or interest in DIY, tools, or trade-related products (preferred but not essential)
Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm (including a 30-minute unpaid break)
- Total: 42.5 hours per week
- Salary: £29,000 per annum
- Saturdays: 9:00am – 4:00pm on a rota basis (approximately every other week)
