We are currently recruiting 2 x Maintenance Technicians to join a growing team based at a Train Depot in Derby. This is a great opportunity for skilled technicians looking for rolling hours with the option for extra overtime.
Working Hours: 06:30 - 13:30, 13:30 - 21:30
Pay Rates: £22 p/h LTD/UMBRELLA or £#removed# p/h PAYE. Full-time role with additional hours available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on equipment and facilities
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical or electrical faults
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate maintenance records
- Work collaboratively with the wider engineering and operations team
- Working on a train depot or similar advantageous
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Engineer or similar role
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of health & safety procedures
- Must have NVQ Level 3 or similar.
