This role is ideal for candidates with previous experience in joinery, assembly, manufacturing, shop fitting, modular builds, or production environments who are looking for a long‑term opportunity within a growing company.
Candidates who have worked within structured manufacturing or engineering environments are highly desirable.

The Role
As a Joiner / Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling and fitting specialist vehicle components within a busy workshop environment.
Duties will include
- Assembly and fitting work on specialist vehicles
- Using hand and power tools
- Working from drawings and specifications
- Supporting fabrication and production teams
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
