Orbital Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworker Gang to work on a major infrastructure project in Kettering. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Groundworker Gang with strong deep drainage experience to secure long-term, consistent work. We are looking for a reliable and experienced Groundworker Gang who can deliver high-quality work within a fast-paced civils environment.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 07:30 - 17:30 (9 hours paid)
- Long-term work available (7 - 8 months)
The Role:
As part of a Groundworker Gang, you will be responsible for carrying out deep drainage and pipeline installation works, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing drainage and pipework systems to line, level, and gradient
- Working within deep excavations and trenches
- Backfilling, compaction, and general groundworks duties
- Working closely with Lift Supervisors and other site teams
- Reading and working from drawings and site specifications
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety
