Overview
Fabricator Role
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background fabrication, with the ability to assemble and weld various components using different techniques. This role requires mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand and power tools to ensure high-quality production standards.
Duties
- Assemble and fabricate metal structures and components according to specifications.
- Perform Stick welding and other welding techniques on sheet metal and various materials.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine project requirements.
- Conduct quality checks on welds to ensure compliance with safety standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Experience
- Proven experience in Fabricating and Stick welding techniques.
- Familiarity with sheet metal work is advantageous.
- Experience of working on O&G Projects
- Strong mechanical knowledge, including the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to welding tasks.
- Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication processes.
- Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to quality workmanship and possess the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- 07:30 β 16:00 Monday β Thursday
- 07:30 β 12:30 Friday
Overtime
- 16:00 β 18:00 Tuesday β Thursday (6 hours)
- 12:30 β 16:00 Friday (4 hours)
- 07:30 β 16:00 Saturday (8 hours)
Pay Rate
- Basic Hours
- PAYE Β£18.50ph
- CIS Β£21.74ph
- Overtime x1.5 & Saturday after 11.30 is x 2
