Following continued success and strong client demand, we are now launching a brand-new Construction Recruitment Division — and we’re looking for ambitious consultants who want to be part of something big from day one. The Role
As a Construction Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in building and expanding our construction desk. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to establish the division and drive its growth. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and growing a client base within construction
- Leveraging existing engineering-sector relationships to cross-sell and expand into new markets
- Proactively generating new business opportunities
- Managing the 360 recruitment cycle across trades, labour, technical, and professional roles
- Sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality candidates
- Ensuring compliance and onboarding processes are completed to the highest standard
- Helping shape the new division with your ideas, sector knowledge, and ambition
