Location: Crick

Salary: £13.55 per hour / £26,422.50 per annum + £20 per day when covering Manager\’s leave

Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm

Job Description

We\’re currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join our AM shift team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting a team to ensure smooth daily operations, achieving targets, and maintaining high standards of safety and performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to motivate others in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the AM shift team to achieve daily operational targets
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures
• Maintain accurate records and shift reports
• Support and train team members where required
• Operate FLT, Counterbalance, and PPT equipment (if qualified)
• Provide cover for the Manager during annual leave (with additional pay)

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor (ideally in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment)
• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (PPT experience advantageous)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and hands‑on approach
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work under pressure
