Team Leader in Crick

Team Leader (AM Shift) – £13.55 per hour (£26,422.50 per year) Location: Crick Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our AM shift team. You’ll be responsible for leading a small team to ensure smooth and efficient operations, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity throughout the shift. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and support the warehouse/production team during the AM shift * Ensure daily targets and deadlines are met safely and efficiently * Maintain accurate records and documentation * Promote and uphold company policies, health & safety, and quality standards * Operate FLT, Counterbalance, and PPT (where applicable) * Cover the Manager’s duties during periods of annual leave (with additional pay) Requirements * Previous experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role (preferred) * Valid FLT and Counterbalance licence (PPT experience desirable) * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Reliable, proactive, and able to work under pressure * Flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities when required Pay & Benefits * £13.55 per hour / £26,422.50 per year * Additional £20 per day when covering Manager’s annual leave * Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm (no weekends!) * Ongoing training and development opportunities * Friendly, supportive team environment
