Key responsibilities:

  • Writing and posting job adverts across multiple job boards
  • Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting engineering candidates
  • Conducting telephone and video interviews
  • Maintaining and updating records using our CRM
  • Managing applicant pipelines for both permanent and contract positions
  • Visiting client sites to build relationships and understand their recruitment needs
  • Supporting the end-to-end recruitment cycle – from briefing to placement

About You: We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Self-motivated and full of positive energy
  • Confident, with excellent communication and people skills
  • Organised and able to manage multiple roles and deadlines
  • Comfortable using job boards, CRMs, and sourcing platforms
  • Experienced in recruitment (preferably within engineering or technical sectors)
