The Job/Duties: Our client, a reputable HVAC company, is currently seeking an experienced AC Service/Maintenance Engineer to join their team. You’ll be responsible for servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems, covering London and occasionally nationwide for ventilation projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed and qualified engineer looking for a stable, long-term role. Key Responsibilities: * Service and maintain air conditioning systems, predominantly in London and nationwide for ventilation projects. * Participate in a 1 in 4 call-out rotation, with overtime opportunities. * Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience, including ventilation expertise. * Hold an essential F Gas qualification, with additional qualifications considered beneficial. * Maintain a stable and trustworthy work record, demonstrating reliability. Experience Needed/ About You: * 5+ years of experience in AC service/maintenance, with a focus on ventilation. * Essential F Gas qualification; additional qualifications in HVAC or related fields are advantageous. * Availability for 1 in 4 call-out duties, with flexibility for overtime when required. * Reside in South East London, Surrey, Kent, or be commutable to London. * Possess a stable work history, demonstrating trustworthiness and reliability. * Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Pay, Hours & Contract Type: * Competitive salary around £45,000 – £47,000 per annum, dependent on experience. * Travel expenses covered, excluding door-to-door. * Van provided, with private mileage reimbursed at £0.16 per mile. * 20 days of holiday entitlement, plus bank holidays. * Pension contribution.
