The AI Residency program is an 18 month program targeting people with exceptional technical backgrounds but no professional or Ph D experience in AI.
This program is suitable for recent graduates in technical disciplines.
As part of this program you will work on high impact AI projects at Orbital.

- Reinforcement Learning with Verifiable Rewards (RLVR), post-training for engineering and materials discovery tasks
- Building evolutionary systems that compose LLMs at test-time to solve scientific problems
- Distributed training of large scale simulation/generative models of 3D systems
