Orbit Credit Services are on the lookout for Call Centre Agents to join our team in Telford, on the 23rd March 2026!
The role:
As a Call Centre Agent at Orbit Credit Services, you will support customers to achieve financial wellbeing. You\’ll speak to customers on inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service. You will support potentially vulnerable customers to deliver solutions with care and empathy.
This is a full time role with shifts to be worked Monday to Friday between 8am & 8pm, and only 1 in 3 Saturday\’s per month!
We want to set you up for success, so full training is provided by our dedicated in house team. The initial training period lasts for 3 weeks.

Orbit Credit Services provide a range of debt services to our water clients to help resolve their customers problems. We have over 200 people working with us at our Telford office.
Orbit are based in the town centre, around a 10 minute walk away from the train station and 10-15 minute walk from the bus station.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary from £25,396 based on experience
