Orbit Workforce Solutions Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-established contractor based in Yatton. Our client delivers shopfitting and retail refurbishment projects nationwide, working with a range of well-known retail brands. We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in shopfitting or retail fit-out. This is a hands-on, site-based role involving travel to multiple projects, managing subcontractors, coordinating materials and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and on programme. Key Responsibilities: * Overseeing multiple shopfitting and refurbishment projects across different sites. * Managing and coordinating Site Managers, subcontractors and trades. * Ensuring all labour, materials and equipment are organised and available when required. * Planning and monitoring project programmes to ensure works remain on schedule. * Carrying out regular site visits to monitor progress, quality and Health & Safety. * Ensuring RAMS, site documentation and Health & Safety requirements are maintained. * Liaising with subcontractors to confirm attendance and prevent delays. * Identifying and recording additional works and variations. * Completing site progress reports and planning upcoming works. * Resolving issues efficiently to ensure the smooth running of projects. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager within shopfitting, retail fit-out or refurbishment. * SMSTS * CSCS Card (Ideally manager-level) * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures, including RAMS. * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites nationwide.
