Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out both remedial work and new fire door installations as part of ongoing long-term projects.
- Install and maintain fire doors in full compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Take accurate measurements, make necessary adjustments, and ensure precise fittings for each installation.
- Ensure all work consistently meets current fire safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with the project team to achieve deadlines and fulfil project specifications.
Requirements:
- Blue CSCS Card with NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry and Joinery (mandatory)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience installing fire doors
- Strong knowledge of current fire door regulations and safety standards
- BM TRADA certification (preferred)
- Must have own tools and be able to work independently
- Access to a van and a valid driving license
