Orbit Workforce Solutions are recruiting for an experienced labourer for long-term work in Southampton.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting the groundworks team with general site duties
  • General labouring duties on site
  • Moving and handling materials
  • Keeping the site clean and tidy
  • Assisting tradesmen and groundworkers as required
  • Following site health and safety procedures

Requirements

  • Reliable, hardworking and punctual
  • Physically fit and able to carry out manual work
  • Previous construction or groundworks experience preferred
  • Good team player with a positive attitude
  • Willing to learn and follow instructions
  • Must be willing to work away occasionally
  • CSCS card preferred but not essential
  • Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm.

Occasional work away from home will be required, with accommodation and a working-away allowance provided.
