Orbit Workforce Solutions is recruiting experienced carpenters to carry out fire door remedial works across multiple sites in London.

An Enhanced DBS certificate is required for this role.

Please note that you will be assigned to the site that is most local to you and will not be required to travel between different locations.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out fire door remedial works and new fire door installations.
  • Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining a high standard of work.
  • Ensure all work complies with current fire door regulations.
  • Complete work accurately and report any additional defects.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures on site.

Requirements

  • Enhanced DBS certificate (essential).
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience carrying out fire door remedial works and installations.
  • Valid CSCS Skilled Worker Blue Card.
  • NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Carpentry (or equivalent).
  • Own tools and PPE.
  • Ability to work independently and to a high standard.
