The role:
- 12 month contract available. Own transport essential.
- Multi-sited role across the Coventry and Warwickshire area, we are looking for a customer-focused individual to provide excellent service to customers in supported housing accommodation.
- Travel will focus regularly on the Coventry, Warwickshire and surrounding areas.
- The Supported Housing team work together to ensure support across the whole portfolio. Overnight stays will be covered.
- This role is part of Customer & Communities where you'll help us to lead the way keeping our promise to more than 100,000 customers.
What you'll achieve:
- Work in an agile manner, covering schemes across Coventry and Warwickshire, working onsite, from home and in local offices. (own transport essential)
- Proactively work with managing agents, dealing with and resolving issues.
- Lead multi-agency meetings and engage effectively with support providers in the area.
- Ensure all schemes are managed in line with policy and procedure.

- Understanding of Supported housing, some experience of contract management / working with external agencies.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Strong customer focus to negotiate and resolve customers.
- Advocate of Independent Living.
